You read that right, today marks a humongous 18p dividend on offer for tonight’s Europa League star player thanks to the new doubling of dividends. Each position will have a 12p buzz dividend on offer with a further 6p dividend for the days star player. So who looks set to claim the largest dividend ever on the Index?
In the last round of Europa League fixtures, Arsenal featured heavily in the dividends race and tonight is no different with Olivier Giroud (£1.21) and Theo Walcott (£1.10) set to start against Red Star Belgrade at the Emirates. Arsene Wenger himself hinted very strongly that he has a different team for cup competitions and the league, so Giroud and Walcott with any strong performances look good bets for dividends! A special mention must also go to Jack Wilshere (£1.30) who has risen over 30p in the last month on the back of fine performances in the Europa League, will this continue tonight also?
Another dividend star in the Europa League to date has been AC Milan’s rock Leonardo Bonucci (£0.83). Milan have a tough trip to face AEK Athens this evening and the Italian is well placed for dividends tonight. He will be competing with a new incomer to the Index, Villareal’s Jaume Costa (£0.61), who joined in yesterday’s IPO’s. An Index debut to remember?
Finally I couldn’t write this blog without mentioning last Fridays promotion stars, Nabil Fekir (£3.01) and Alejandro Gomez (£1.66). The flying Frenchman takes on beleaguered Everton at home tonight and is a great shout for media buzz as well as performance buzz with a standout performance. Likewise Gomez travels to Cyprus to take on Apollyon Limassol and looks a great shout for Performance Buzz.
An exciting evening of treble dividends who are you backing?
