It’s crunch time in the Europa League this evening with the deciding ties in the round of 32 meaning it’s a treble match day dividends event on Football INDEX. As with any knockout football there is lots on the line in a host of fixtures!
It's a Treble Day today 🤑

Starting with the British teams, Arsene Wenger appears to have already booked their spot in the next round with a resounding 3-0 victory bet Ostersunds last time out. They will just have to navigate the home leg this evening and this may mean starts for some of the squad, which in turn means opportunities for Indexers. Will the likes of Danny Welbeck (£1.04) and Ainsley Maitland-Niles (£0.80) get a runout and shot at match day dividends? The other British side in action is Celtic whose tie is very much in the balance. They travel to Russia to take on Zenit St Petersburg, with a slender 1-0 margin after the first leg. They will be hoping that Moussa Dembele (£1.57) and Chelsea’s on-loan youngster Charly Musonda (£0.79) can inspire progression to the next round and keep European Football in place into March!
Elsewhere there are some real Index heavyweights facing off against each other. And they don’t come any bigger than Red Bull Leipzig welcoming the current Serie A leaders Napoli to Germany. The energy drink team took the first leg 3-1 in Naples, thanks to a brace from Timo Werner (£3.21), but will Index favourite Lorenzo Insigne (£2.37) inspire a comeback or are they fully focussed on capturing this seasons Scudetto? Another tie with the same scoreline sees Nabil Fekir’s (£3.97) Lyon travel to Spain to face Villarreal with a 3-1 lead. It’s sure to be one of the games of the round and Lyon will be looking to better last seasons run to the Europa League semi-finals for sure!
But where could match day dividends come from? I think strong candidates will surely come from Atletico Madrid taking on Copenhagen at the Wanda Metropolitana, although they have a 4-1 lead from the first leg so the all-important team sheet will likely play a factor here. Also, two Italian sides will surely feature as Lazio look to overturn a 1-0 deficit to FCSB at home and Milan host Ludogorets with a 3-0 lead. Meaning striker Ciro Immobile (£1.79) will surely feature and will Andre Silva (£1.13) get a run out for Milan?
Lots to play for on a treble match day, who do you think will take home the dividends?
