J’adore Le Football

It was great to have the Champions League back last night and boy did it serve up a cracker at the Juventus Stadium last night! Tonight’s games though are an absolute treat for you and your partner as Liverpool travel to Portugal to face Porto and there is the small matter of a heavyweight tie as Real Madrid welcome PSG to the Spanish capital. J’adore!

The build up to the game at the Bernabeau has been all about one man, Neymar (now £9.81). The speculation about a potential move was dominating the media’s attention and it was little surprise that everyone’s favourite Brazilian romped home with yesterday’s media dividends, despite not even playing! The World Record transfer fee star is sure to feature prominently once more and could be on for a media and match day dividend double! The fixture is arguably season-defining for Los Blancos whose poor form in La Liga has meant its Champions League or bust.

All of their big guns will be going all out to retain their Champions League title! Will the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo (£5.87) and Sergio Ramos (£1.89) give Real a first leg lead? It looks set to be a classic with huge ramifications for Madrid if they get knocked out! Portfolios will need to be at the ready for the swims and roundabouts of this tie.

The evening’s other tie sees Jürgen Klopp’s Liverpool travel to Portugal to face Porto. It’s the first time Liverpool have reached the knockout stages of the Champions League in some time and the Reds will not be thinking this is an easy tie against seasoned European specialists, Porto. The weekend saw some fine attacking play from Mohamed Salah (£4.44) and Roberto Firmino (£2.21) and the Merseysiders will be looking to them to inspire progression in Europe. Porto though are no pushovers and flying winger Yacine Brahimi (£0.81) and midfield dynamo Hector Herrera (£0.51) will be going all out to stop them!

Another great night of Football! Perfect for a date!
