Make Mine a Double

The midweek games continue this evening with a further 13 games across the Premier League and Ligue 1, making today another double match day dividends. There are some enticing match ups for traders to get stuck into, with several big clubs appearing to have winnable games!

In the Premier League, Arsenal welcome the newly promoted Huddersfield Town to the Emirates in a 19.45 kick off. David Wagner’s men gave Pep Guardiola and his Cityzens a real scare on Sunday, taking the lead in the 2-1 defeat, but today’s trip away from home looks a daunting one for the Terriers. Arsenal’s last gasp hero at the weekend was Alexis Sanchez (£5.47) whose 90th minute penalty secured a late 1-0 victory and the Chilean will be hoping that will kick start his season.

Another Gunner bang in form has been Welshman Aaron Ramsey (£0.99) who won the penalty late on against Burnley and currently has 3 goals and 3 assists to date. A tough game for the Terriers but they will be looking to their own Aaron, the Australian, Aaron Mooy (£1.21) to shock one of the Premier League elite once more!

Paul Clement returns to Stamford Bridge this evening, where he used to be a coach, as his Swansea team faces Antonio Conte’s Chelsea team. As with the majority of Premier League loan deals, you aren’t allowed to face your parent club, so the returning Tammy Abraham (£1.23) will not be coming back to haunt anyone! The under pressure Swans manager will be fearful of the in form Belgian, Eden Hazard (£4.32) who has looked back to his best form in the past few weeks, with 3 goals and 2 assists in his last 3 games! Chelsea have also looked impressive in recent match ups with Cesc Fabregas (£1.19) pulling the strings and in a game where the Blues will surely dominate possession he has a real chance at match day dividends!

Another Premier League fixture with real match day dividends option is the match up at the Etihad this evening as Pep’s men take on Southampton. You never quite know if anyone will be rested by the Spaniard, but the fit again Vincent Kompany (£1.43) will surely be captaining the side and with City likely to have a great deal of the ball, he’ll rack up some passing points! Another Index favourite, Kevin De Bruyne (£3.83) appears never to be rested (bound to be on the bench now!) and the Belgian has dipped a little bit over the last week (down 16p), a performance here will likely see him rise once more. Looks set to be a tough game for Mauricio Pellegrino’s men!

Finally, I couldn’t preview tonight’s games without a look at high flying PSG facing Troyes at home in Ligue 1. The Neymar (£7.24) team squandered chance after chance (Cavani and Mbappe!) in arguably their toughest league away game at Monaco on Sunday but they still took home all 3 points! Tonight’s game against 12th place Troyes looks somewhat easier and there are options all over the field for Match Day Dividends. It will be interesting to see if anyone is rested, but the likes of Dani Alves (£1.82), Julian Draxler (£1.70) and Edinson Cavani (£1.82) will all be good options for dividends this evening.

Lots of options for traders once again, who do you think will win dividends this evening?
